Physical and chemical properties
Corrosion resistance: Pure nickel strip (such as N4) performs well in media such as hydrochloric acid; nickel-based alloys (such as Monel 400) are resistant to seawater corrosion.
High temperature performance: GH1140 can maintain high strength at high temperatures, and the applicable temperature is above 600°C.
Mechanical properties
Combining high strength with good plasticity, the tensile strength can reach more than 500MPa, supporting complex processing such as stamping and welding.
